Heard Sri Ch.Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.Venkata Diwakar holding for Mr.V.Dharma Suri.

On instructions, Mr.Venkata Diwakar submits that the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive for as early as 2010, the petitioners have settled the subject loan account and paid the amount to the 2nd Respondent.

The statement is recorded and accepted.

Having regard to the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
