THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.23113 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order of the 5th respondent, dated 21-06-2016.
2. When the matter camp up for arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make representation to the 4th respondent. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner makes any such representation, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 4th respondent is further directed to consider the request made by the petitioner for release of C.M.R. Rice. No order as to costs.
