HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14035 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.04.2018 there was no representation for petitioner and the matter was passed over for the day. On 18.04.2018 there was no representation for petitioner and the matter was passed over for the day. Likewise, on 19.04.2018, there was no representation for petitioner and the matter was passed over for the day. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner. Keeping in view the omnibus prayer made in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
