VRS, J & MGR, J WP No.942 of 2017 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.942 OF 2017 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) This writ petition challenges an interim order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, putting on hold two proceedings, dated 27.07.2016 and 08.11.2016.
2. However, the order dated 16.12.2016 was subsequently extended up to the date of filing of the counter. After counter was filed, the Tribunal passed a fresh order on 25.03.2017 on a fresh Miscellaneous Application taken out by the applicants before the Tribunal. In other words, the order dated 16.12.2016 by which things were put on hold by the Tribunal, is not in force as on date. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
