O R D E R

The Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Medak Depot, filed this writ petition aggrieved by the Award dated 16.09.2004 passed by the Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.22 of 2003.

The writ petition was dismissed for default pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2011 against the first respondent-workman, who was the claimant in I.D.No.22 of 2003. The validity of the Award passed therein cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent-workman, at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
