The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.112 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
