Sri C.Shanmukha Rao appearing for petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, a few of the developments have taken place in the matter and the petitioner has availed remedies available in law against these development by filing a writ. Hence, the petitioner may be granted liberty to comprehensively work out the remedies in the pending writ petition.

The writ petition was filed on 20-07-2011.

This court is of the view that having regard to the subsequent developments, it is always open to the petitioner to work out the grievances against deprivation of any right or order passed by the respondents in the pending writ petition. By granting leave as prayed for, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
