When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim order dated 13-122010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.39693 of 2010 directing the respondent to consider the claims of the petitioners for grant of pension under the Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme, 1980, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition are closed.
