HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14037 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are residing in the subject houses for the last 50 years and the respondents are trying to dispossess them without following due process of law. The petitioners also made representation to the revenue authorities not to demolish and evict them from their houses, since they are in possession of the same since 50 years. Pending representation and without passing any orders on the same, the respondents are trying to demolish their houses. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that before taking any action, the respondents will follow due procedure.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that they have not initiated any action. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners without following due process of law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 19-04-2017 Nvl
