O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that based on an alleged confessional statement of an accused in some crime, the 4th respondent is calling the petitioner and his family members to the police station and harassing them and seeking to implicate in a false case. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government for Home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Ganapavaram Police Station, West Godavari District, stating that one Shaik Ali Mohiudin of Nidadavolu, is accused in Crime Nos.100/ 2016, 93/ 2017 and 80/ 2018 on the file of 4th respondent - Police Station. During investigation in Cr.No.100/ 2016 on 30.06.2018, 4th respondent arrested two persons viz.

, Shaik Ali Mohiuddin ad Sajja Murali Krishna @ Murali, who is the younger brother of the writ petitioner herein, and seized gold articles and in the enquiry, both these persons confessed about the involvement of the two persons, viz., the petitioner herein and another person by name Karri Rama Krishna, who is the brother-in-law of A-1. They confessed that some of the theft property is in possession of the petitioner herein. Based on the said confession, petitioner was also added as accused in Cr.No.100/ 2016 and later remanded to judicial custody. It is further stated that as per the confessions, petitioner is involved in some crimes and he was convicted in Cr.No.324 of 2007 on the file of Rajahmundry III town Police Station, which was registered for similar office.
