When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37208 of 2018. Following the order dated 11.10.2018 in W.P.No.37208 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to pass appropriate orders on the appeal and also on the mercy petition filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
