THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3834 OF 2017 ORDER :

Petitioner claims to be the second wife of late Md.Abdul Rahman Qureshi. Petitioner claims that she is entitled to the terminal benefits and pension also. To this extent, a decree was also passed by the I-Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in O.P.No.112 of 2011. But the same is not complied so far and pensionary benefits are not granted to her. Praying to grant pensionary benefits, a representation was submitted by the petitioner on 18.04.2016. So far the same is not considered. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Commissioner of Police-1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 18.04.2016, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
