Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that Md Aziz Ali S/o Sardar Ali was owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.02 guntas in survey no.66/EE, Bechrag Madaram village, Suryapet district; that Md Aziz Ali died in the year 2000, however, his name was shown as pattadar and possessor till 2013 and later name of his son Mumtaj Ali was recorded in the revenue records in the year 2015 as pattadar and possessor; that Ac.0.20 guntas of land was sold by Mumtaj Ali to petitioner by way of registered sale deed document No. 5845 of 2014 and thereafter petitioner submitted application through Mee-seva for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. In response thereto, petitioner was informed that his request cannot be considered for the following three reasons: "Data not available for requested Khata number at department end, the reasons may be: 1.
Tahsildar signature mismatched.
2.
No records found at department end.
3.
Matching occupant not found please contact Tahsildar office."

Petitioner without contacting the office of Tahsildar and submitting the required documents, filed this writ petition. 4.
Since the contention urged herein requires consideration by Tahsildar by verifying the record and since Tahsildar is willing to look into the records, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tahsildar and submit a detailed representation raising all the contentions raised in this writ petition by enclosing the relevant
documents in support of his claim.
On submission of such representation and relevant documents, Tahsildar shall verify the same and if necessary, upon affording opportunity of personal hearing, take appropriate decision on the request of the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation by petitioner.
