HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.28930 of 2008 ORDER :

Counsel for petitioner submits that the interim order for restoration of power supply to the service connection enjoyed by the petitioner can be made final order. The prayer is not opposed by the respondents.

I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this Court by making the interim order as final order in the writ petition. It is needless to observe that if any amount is still payable by the petitioner or the respondents are entitled to pass final assessment orders against the petitioner, by issuing notice, appropriate orders can be passed.

Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
