Though the matter was listed on 17.08.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted 'for dismissal' on 18.08.2015. Even when the matter is posted today 'for dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
