O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Excise appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.14208 of 2019 dated 11.07.2019 and hence similar order may be passed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel and in view of the order dated 11.07.2019 in W.P.No.14208 of 2019 and for the reasons alike as recorded in the said order, the present writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned notice dated 14.11.2019.

It is however made clear that this order would not preclude the authorities from proceedings in the matter in accordance with the principles of natural justice in future, if warranted.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
