THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30062 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner taking into consideration of the facts and grounds raised in the appeal in accordance with the law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents would take into consideration of the appeal filed by the petitioner and the same would be disposed of within a period of four weeks.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take into consideration of the appeal filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with the law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
