Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unconnected with the offences. Further, the petitioner is software employee, as such, it is inevitable for her to travel abroad. Hence, the condition may be relaxed. The petitioner ought to have moved the application before the Court. Without moving the application before the Court below, the petitioner approached this Court.
