The civil revision petition is disposed of before admission and before notice to the respondent/decree-holder by suspending docket order, dated 30.08.2017, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, of execution of warrant of re-arrest issued under Order XXI Rule 37 C.P.C. read with Section 55 C.P.C., for a period of six weeks from today, so that in any meantime the judgment-debtor has to liquidate the balance and decree debt covered by the E.P. amount due as on date, failing which, without any further reference to the Court, the lower Court can enforce the arrest warrant.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
