The counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the interim order granted staying all further proceedings was modified to the extent of staying only the arrest of the petitioner and that would suffice as a remedy for the grievance of the petitioner.

Hence, on the basis of the above submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of making the order, dated 12.10.2011, passed in Crl.P.M.P.No.10434 of 2011, absolute.
