This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/complainant seeking to set aside the order dated 19-06-2015 passed in C.C.No.105 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narsipatnam, for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint for default.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
