ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.10.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22896 of 2019. Following the order dated 21.10.2019 in W.P.No.22896 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Panchayat Secretary Grade-II in terms of G.O.Ms.No.774, dated 14.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
