SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5578 OF 2011 ORDER:

Petitioner herein, who is accused in Cr.No.89 of 2011 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Adoni, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Sections 447, 464, 467, 420, 506 IPC, filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press upon the petition and he seeks liberty to file appropriate petition at appropriate stage.

Liberty as sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted and the criminal petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending stand closed.
