Petitioner claims that the respondents are not releasing the increments due to him after effecting punishment imposed on him. He alleges that he submitted a representation on 16.04.2018 to the General Manager, Bhoopalapalli, Khammam District. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

A bare perusal of the representation, dated 16.04.2018, would show that there is no acknowledgement of submission of representation and it is not stated that to which General Manager, the said representation was addressed. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is inaction on the part of the competent authority in considering the grievance of the petitioner. Hence, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner can be given. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a representation to the competent authority ventilating his grievance. 5.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating his grievance. It is needless to observe that if representation is made by the petitioner, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of six

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
