THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.19075 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in not initiating appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dt:15.12.2016 is arbitrary, illegal and violation of Articles 19, 21 and 350 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law basing on the petitioner's representation dt:15.12.2016."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.2 herein to consider the representation, dated 15.12.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 15.12.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
