This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2018 pending on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram and transfer the same to the Court of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy district.

2 Heard the learned counsel for both parties and perused the record.

At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2018 pending on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram may be transferred to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the presence of the respondent may be dispensed with before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad on each and every date of adjournment. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

In the result, the petition is allowed, H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2018 pending on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram is withdrawn from the file of the said court and transferred to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. The presence of the respondent before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment in connection with

HMOP No.65 of 2018. However, the respondent shall appear before the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad as and when his presence is so required.
