Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner herein prays that on the basis of the aforementioned reasons may be pleased to issue a writ of order or direction more particularly, in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 in stopping the erection of cellular telephone tower on the roof top of the house of respondent No.5 i.e., Plot No.51, Old H.No.9-5-169, New H.No.9-5290, Raji Reddy Nagar, Champapet, Hyderabad, and issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to stop the erection work of cellular phone tower forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the Cell Tower sought to be erected on the roof top of the fifth respondent i.e. Plot No.51, Old H.No.9-5-169, New H.No.9-5-290, Raji Reddy Nagar, Champapet, Hyderabad, has already been removed. 4.

In that view of the matter, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.
