Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Gopinath, the learned Special Standing Counsel for C.B.I. The learned Special Standing Counsel for C.B.I., on instructions, submitted that the main Calendar Case is coming up for arguments.

In view of the submission made by the learned Special Standing Counsel for C.B.I., no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Revision Case.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.
