The revision petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the lower Court to advance the date of hearing of I.A.No.874 of 2016 in S.O.P.No.458 of 2016 to 01.06.2016, receive counter of the respondents, particularly the 2nd respondent therein and decide the same on merits. Any transfers effected, if at all in the meantime are subject to result of the final order to be passed in I.A.No.874 of 2016. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
