JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of the order, dated 03.08.2010, in I.A.No.2847 of 2010 in I.A.No.2716 of 2010 in O.S.No.389 of 2010 on the file of learned III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. At the hearing, there is no representation for the parties.

3. A perusal of the record shows that in I.A.No.2716 of 2010, an order of attachment of the schedule properties of the appellants was made. I.A.No.2847 of 2010 filed by the appellants for setting aside the said attachment order was dismissed by the lower Court by the impugned order, against which the present appeal is filed. In view of the absence of the counsel on either side, it is not known whether I.A.No.2716 of 2010 in which attachment order was passed has been pending or disposed of. The office note, dated 15.07.2016, shows that the aforementioned suit was posted for trial in the year 2015 itself and that presently, it is posted for Commissioner's report.

4. Having regard to the long lapse of time after the passing of the order under appeal and the absence of the counsel on either side, it is presumable that the parties are not interested in pursuing their cause in this appeal.

5. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, closed.

6. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, C.M.A.M.P.No.2014 of 2010 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
