This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent police in not registering the crime against respondent No.6 based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.11.2019 as arbitrary, unjust and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 19.11.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on a complaint dated 16.11.2019 made by the petitioner, a G.D. Entry was made and on perusal of the complaint it disclosed that the contents of the complaint are civil in nature, as such, the fifth respondent issued a notice to the petitioner on 19.11.2019 to approach the concerned Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that the said notice dated 19.11.2019 was sent to the petitioner vide registered post bearing No.EN432891004IN, dated 20.11.2019.

In the light of the written instructions submitted by the SubInspector of Police, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and having regard to the submission that a notice has already been issued to the petitioner with regard to the action taken on the complaint, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to avail the remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
