Heard Sri Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri K.G.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for caveator-R.5. On 09.06.2015 while adjourning the matter by eight weeks, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record. This Court also made it clear that if the legal representatives of the petitioner are not brought on record by the next date of hearing, the Writ Petition itself stands automatically dismissed as abated. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of sending letters by registered post, there is no response from the legal representatives of the petitioner. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
