ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to have purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.11 guntas in Survey No. 32, VU, VUU, RU, RUU, LU, Nazdiksingaram village, Yacharam mandal, Ranga Reddy district through registered sale deed document No. 26465 dated 29.8.2019. Based on said registered sale deed, petitioner submitted application through Meeseva on 9.9.2019 for mutation of his name in revenue records. Having waited for considerable time, petitioner submitted another representation on 31.10.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 9.9.2019 petitioner submitted F-line application by paying requisite fee and obtained receipt to that effect from Mee-seva.

Since F-Line application is already made, without going into the merits of the matter, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
