FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 34523 OF 2015 Date: 27.10.2015 Between:

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 34523 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner by way of the instant Habeas Corpus petition seeks production of his brother K.V. Sudhir Kumar, who, according to him, has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.2 to 4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the brother of the petitioner has been arrested in Crime No.262 of 2015 registered at Piduguralla Police Station and he was produced before the Magistrate and presently he is in judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by the respondents on affidavit, in our opinion, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Disposal of the writ petition, however, shall not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance, if any. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ________________________ S.V. BHATT, J
