This Criminal petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal procedure, lg73 by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking quash of the proceedings against them in FIR \ , \ No.85 of 2022 on the file of the Women police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 4gg_A read with Section 1O9 of I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as C.C.No.2049 of 2022 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.
