Learned counsel representing petitioners submits that the prayer in these two writ petitions is covered by the prayer in W.P.No.7168 of 2012, and the order dated 23.01.2017, and request the Court to dispose of these two writ petitions in terms of the order dated 23.01.2017. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing respondents admit that the prayer herein is substantially covered by the prayer in W.P.No.7168 of 2012. The statements are placed on record.
