THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.24152 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his plots bearing No.30 and 31 in Survey No.88/1, situated at Jaipuri Colony, Nagole, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.3 not to dispossess and not to interfere with the petitioner's plots situated bearing No.30 and 31 in Survey No.88/1, situated at Jaipuri Colony, Nagole, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District."

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he is having pattas in respect of the plots in question, respondent No.3 is interfering with the said plots and trying to dispossess him from the said plots.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is hereby directed not to interfere with the aforesaid plots of the petitioner and not to dispossess him from the said plots without following the due process of law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
