This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/third party assailing the order, dated 31.07.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Pakala, Chittoor District, passed in I.A.No.266 of 2013 in O.S.No.91 of 2010. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/third party is present. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit is compromised and the suit is disposed of on 01.05.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
