O R D E R

Heard both the counsel.

The plaintiff and the defendant are sister and brother respectively. The plaintiff filed the suit for recovery of amount based on suit promissory note and when the evidence is completed and is coming up for arguments, the defendant filed the present application seeking to send the suit promissory note to an expert for opinion. In the suit, admitted the signatures of the defendant are available and as the suit is at the stage of arguments and under Section 73 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, as the court itself can compare the signatures, the trial court dismissed the application and I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and the revision is dismissed. No costs.
