Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

Petitioner complains against inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in not conducting enquiry pursuant to representations dated 27.09.2106 and 19.10.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Panchayat Raj Act.

Without going into merits of the matter, the Court is satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: The third respondent is directed to consider and take appropriate steps, as are warranted, on the representations dated 27.09.2016 and 19.10.2016 within eight (8) weeks from today. Petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of this order along with the representations for timely action. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on merits or in fact has considered the complaint of petitioner on merits.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
