HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22241 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of the 1st respondent in numbering the appeal as well as stay petition filed by the petitioner on 28.03.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The appellate authority considers numbering the appeal and also disposing of the stay petition filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (08) weeks from today.

(b) There shall be stay of execution of EP.No.1 of 2018 for a period of twelve

(12) weeks from today.
