This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.367 of 2017 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 22.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, and C.C.No.2195 of 2018 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
