Petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.336 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Vigilance & APTS Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
