HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.43534 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in cancellation of the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop No.15 of Yedapally of Nizamabad District by his order dated 27-10-2015 in proceedings No.A1/4839/2015, dated 27-10-2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he says that the petitioner will prefer appeal.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned proceedings. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
