HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Petitioner claims that he is the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.54 of Desaipet village, Warangal Mandal and district, having purchased the same by way of registered sale deed dated 24.04.2012. Petitioner filed application through TSTS Limited on 21.07.2017 to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar pass books. Having waited for considerable time, petitioner submitted application in Form-6(A) physical form through registered post dated 16.10.2019. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

TS-Online receipt is enclosed as Ex.P5 at page no.37 and application in Form-6(A) is filed at page no.18. Having regard to the same, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (4th respondent) to consider the application for mutation made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
