ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in suspending supply of kerosene to the petitioners, who are NR (nominated retail) shop dealers, as illegal and arbitrary. On 30.09.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioners requested for an adjournment and accordingly, the case has been adjourned to today. Today, though the case was called more than once and this Court has heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) for more than fifteen minutes, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not appeared at the hearing and no one represented the petitioners. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
