HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN W.A.No.820 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per HCJ) This writ appeal is filed against a common order passed in two writ petitions.

It is stated that another appeal arising from the same order was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 30.10.2017 in W.A.No.838 of 2017.

We do not find any reason to take a different view in the matter. Following the order in W.A.No.838 of 2017, we dismiss the writ appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
