HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.31454 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner has filed an application, dated 30.01.2014, for issuance of duplicate pattadar passbook and title deeds in Mee-Seva followed by his representation, dated 01.09.2015, before the Tahsildar, Atmakoor Mandal, Nalgonda District, the 4th respondent, and seeks a direction with regard to non-consideration of the said application. Since the petitioner states that the original pattadar passbook and title deeds were lost, as is evident from the complaint given by the petitioner to the Station House Officer, P.S. Suryapet Town, Nalgonda District, the request for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds deserves to be considered. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid request and take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
