Heard counsel for petitioner, the Government Pleader for Energy appearing for 1st respondent, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri Chatla Madhu, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.02.06.2017 in W.P.No.17501 of 2017 and batch.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the said order and respondents 1 to 4 are directed to provide additional load to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner complying with all the formalities there for, without insisting for Occupancy Certificate, which shall be produced within three (03) months from today before the 4th respondent. However, in the event of Occupancy Certificate being refused by the 5th respondent to the petitioner, respondents 1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw the said additional load without any need of prior notice of such withdrawal. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
