This appeal arises out of order dated 29-09-2016 in W.C.No. 180 of 2015. 2.

A perusal of the record shows that the dispute was referred to Lok Adalat which has passed an award dated 10-02-2018 based on the joint compromise memo filed by the parties before it.

Learned counsel for both parties have confirmed that the Lok Adalat at Hyderabad has passed award dated 10-02-2018 based on the joint compromise memo filed by both parties.

In the light of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned award with the direction that the terms and conditions contained therein shall form part of this judgment.
